The Fox Inn, Broadwell

Donnington Brewery, Established 1865

Mike and Carol East invite you to a CAMRA award-winning, traditional village pub

Welcome to the Fox Inn, a family-friendly pub in the quiet, picturesque village of Broadwell in the Cotswolds. The Fox Inn sits on the edge of the village green, with its swings and see-saw, and is just off the Fosse Way, between Stow-on-the-Wold and Moreton-in-Marsh. Whether walker, cyclist or driver, come on in for a friendly welcome, good food and well-kept ales. Dogs (on leads!) are welcome. Parking spaces are at the rear of the Fox, behind the beer garden and Aunt Sally pitch.

The Green, Broadwell, Moreton-in-Marsh, Gloucestershire, GL56 0UF

From the north:

Take the Fosse Way (A429) from Moreton-in-Marsh to Stow-on-the-Wold; the turning for Broadwell is left before Stow - (don't worry if you miss the first one, there is another 50 yards further on!). Take the road down the hill and turn right before the Ford, this sweeps round directly to the Fox.

From the south:

Take the Fosse Way (A429) from Bourton-on-the-Water, through Stow-on-the-Wold and take theright turn about a 100 yards after the Tesco shopping centre (should you see it, ignore the confusing sign that says "Fox Inn, next left"!). Follow the hill all the way down, slow towards the bottom. As you enter Broadwell, turn left and the Fox is clear.

From the east:

Take the A44 from Chipping Norton towards Moreton-in-Marsh, turning off onto the A436 towards Stow-on-the-Wold. Just over the railway bridge, after the turnings to Adlestrop and Kingham, there is a right turn to Broadwell. Follow this all the way to the village and, as you get to the village green, the Fox Inn is clear at the other side, left of the ford.
